Inspection
Solar
The Autel sUAS system is capable of inspecting approximately 4000 PV panels per hour. The average human can only inspect 60 panels per hour, thus requiring 8 days to complete the same task. The safety improvement and cost reduction with sUAS inspection are staggering in comparison. Autel Explorer Mission Planner™ can store missions that require weekly or monthy re-flight for purposes of comparison, failure evaluation, or deterioration studies. The thermal camera can help immediately identify failed or failing panels due to hotspots in the thermal display. This allows for the dispatch of repair crews to a precise location, saving time searching for a faulty or failed panel.
EVO II Dual
  • The FLIR Boson provides greater resolution than any camera in its class.
  • Maximum efficiency in all viewing conditions.
  • Picture-in-Picture Mode.
  • 8K allows even the smallest detail to be captured and preserved.
  • 360°Obstacle Avoidance.
Vertical
Vertical inspections require precise and clear imagery in what are often hostile conditions, whether a communications tower, building fascia, flare stacks, etc. Although sUAS cannot replace a human or provide a complete audit, thermal, and long-lens (zoomable) payloads provide for deeper views of vertical structures. High-turbulence environments can be unpredictable and unforgiving. DSPs and tower inspectors benefit from the Evo II’s stability processing, which provides solid performance in situations where high winds are present during vertical inspections.
